Missing Ruddock down to 14 again not playing smart at all

    Fardy off for 10.

This will be an absolute hammering unless something changes.

Woodburn has McFadden in his back pocket.

Ah no, I think McFadden has been close to MOTM so far...in fairness to Ferg that was a savage tackle he put in.

This is a big test for Leinster. Getting totally dominated except for on the scoreboard, where the lead is thin enough for Exeter.

    And edit: another try.

I think the Exeter coach should be highly commended for making proactive changes to his team, whereas Cullen went "steady as" after a highly draining match.

I haven't seen a fat lady sing yet though, so plenty of time for a come-back.

Leinster need to kick the ball. Exeter will give them nothing on the gain line.

Exeter are sending a message here. Completely different outfit to last week.

    we haven't had the ball!

How is that a yc if the maul got over the line

Losing the contact area, losing the breakdown, scrum looks in trouble.

Outside defence and lineout keeping the game going.

Leinster are not going to win this game. Exeter seem more motivated to win.

This reminds me of the semi final against the Scarlets. Obviously took the foot off the pedal after last week. Cullen and Lancaster have serious questions to answer.

It's as if they've 3/4 extra players on the pitch!

Stupid decision by Byrne. He's made a few bad calls today.

This is turning into an absolute horror show. Leinster being embarrassed here in our own back yard.

    Good kick

This Exeter defence need to be moved around the park...kick the corners...chip behind them. Leinster are going to run out of steam if they have to work this hard for scores.

alot of booing going on, even when the ball is in play?

  • Registered Users Posts: 37,978 ✭✭✭✭irishbucsfan

Mad that Kearney wasn't penalised there

We need to stop targeting the ball on their ruck and start going after the space. They are capitalising on much quicker ball

Exeter really clever at the breakdown. Not commiting and fanning out most of the time and going for the turnover when someone is isolated in contact. Need to carry quickly around the fringes to force them to commit.

Disgraceful from Leinster. They can forget the Champions Cup this year. Exeter and Montpellier right back in this group now.

    Got to love these reactions

They look punch drunk and jaded. The only glimmer of light has been mcfadden whom I’m no fan but he has put ina tremendous shift. 1/2 time peep talk better be good

On a positive note, I think Henshaw & Ringrose have defended pretty well.

Byrne has been woeful his decision making Nd kicking quality

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,147 ✭✭✭✭Burkie1203

    How come that isnt checked?

  • Administrators Posts: 53,387 Admin ✭✭✭✭✭awec

Leinster fans can never, ever comment about booing during games again. :pac:

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,475 ✭✭✭swiwi_

Jeepers the booing. I thought the Toulon crowd was bad.

If Nacewa gets this, not too bad a half-time result over all.

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,336 ✭✭✭Dave_The_Sheep

We haven't been great but we haven't been totally ****. Exeter have been very very good - the real Exeter as opposed to last week.

I'd accept 11 points behind after that half, two YCs, Sexton and Byrne off for a period...
