Pains on the outside of my forearm after doing Ez-bar Bicep Curls.

    Hey
I've been experiencing some pain after I do sets of bicep curls with the ez curl bar on the outside of my forearm it feels like it runs along the bone from my wrist to my elbow. I don't think my technique is bad I keep my back straight and try not to do the reps too fast. I'm lifting relatively light too between 30kg and 40kg for 3 sets. I don't feel the same pain after doing hammer curls so, I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem with that kind of pain and if so how did they stop/reduce the pain because I've read differing opinions about it online so not too sure of what to do about it.
    Thanks.

Switch to curling with dumbbells and see how that works.

Try curling a straight bar and see if it makes a difference or dumbbells as suggested
