Im in Riohacha, Colombia. After spending 2 days on a Caribbean beach, in the morning I am off to the desert! Didn't even know Colombia had one.. but there you go! Its supposed to be hashtag authentic so we will see how this one goes . . . .

Casino blowing off some steam on a Wednesday having a few beers and playing poker. After a lot of very late nights and Saturdays getting new workflows delivered on time for no extra pay, im taking a few sick days.

That should get the message across. Not a big fan of unrealistic deadlines.

Abed; hwb at my back, waiting for my feet to warm up... Listening to heavy rain..I have mortally offended the dog. I was getting ready to take her exuberance out for a walk when the deluges started. Ever seen a woebegone basset face..( she is half basset and uses it t good effect So my day started with hacking up raw chicken to placate her majesty

All quiet now..

Cotside... Waiting... The doctor said she'd be here at 9 to update on why the transfer didn't go ahead last week, so I was here at 8:30.. m50 traffic and all..
If I go for a coffee she will surely arrive.. maybe I should pretend I'm going and sneak back. .

In bed having a cuppa in the dark. I had a mixed evening. We have a house move coming up and while I'm excited, working towards the move - speaking to agent, showing our house etc - is very emotional.
