Just because some people have been talking about Call of Duty 2018 recently, I thought I'd take the liberty in beginning this thread.

Basically, some people are thinking that COD 2018 will be a modern setting and will be Black Ops 4 but I'm not seeing that as Black Ops 3 went so far into the future (2065).

What I wouldn't give for literally just a modernised BO2. My favourite COD ever. Hard to think of anything without a counter in the game so very balanced.

According to a leak, it's going to be set in 2020, 5 years before the events of BO2.

Some suggestions that the World at War remaster might be held over to Spring 2019 when players grow tired of Black Ops4! That would boost sales for Activison and boost the interest in the Cod franchise.
