Tadic out for 6.9m mid. Who do I pick?

    Fab, Willian, Albrighton, Ritchie, Shelvey?...

Morata and Mhki to Kane and Sterling. Giving Alli 1 more week and will swap him to a Liverpool MF next week I think
Lucky I did this yesterday with both rising overnight

I don't think so from the sources on Twitter talk is he could play up top with sakho but no indication of him not starting he has been subbed recently though

    Wildcard played

    Lossl (Elliot)
    Ward Monreal Bavies (Huhnemeier Mbemba)
    Mkhi Eriksen Sterling Doucoure (Romeu)
    Kane (C) Lukaku Chicharito

Not overly happy with Chicharito, and was torn on whether to hold or get rid of Mkhitaryan with the run United have coming up, wasn't sure if i wanted United double attack.

Yeah your 5 from Spurs and United have tough fixtures short term.
Romeu is close to a drop in price (this season they tend to hang on to their price a lot longer though.) I'd go for RLC instead.

I'd downgrade Doucoure to upgrade Huhnemeier/Mbemba
too. (Stoke or Brighton for a 4.4/4.5 perhaps)

A Chelsea plan would be wise. If Morata is not in your thinking a mid should be in your team imo.

Love the fear mongers in here at this time every Friday telling me half my team will be rested. Makes 2pm Saturday a real thrill

I've 2 FTs. Used one on Mkhi ---> Silva.

    Elliot
    Alonso Davies Naughton Maguire
    Salah Ritchie Silva
    Kane Lacazette Vardy

    Gomes Carroll Choupo Rosenior

The only other transfer I see is Choupo ----> Richarlison or Laca ----> Jesus. I'll want Choupo next week and I'm hesitant to get off Laca just yet.

    I'll probably bank.

    Any thoughts?

As Shelvey seems to have taken the spot kicks from Richie I'd look at replacing him. You could replace him with Ricardlison and hold onto Choupo for the next two weeks.

Who are people replacing Morata with?

Vardy or Jesus but he's a bit riskier now with aguero back training and Europe

I'm going with Vardy for now for that very reason.

Light training. He's not doing sprints or anything extensive. He's probably just doing physio

Possibly 1 or 2 of the following 3 moves

    Either:

    1. DDG out for Foster, to allow a Eliott-Foster Rotation to break my heart.
    or
    2. Lacassette out for Vardy

    to allow
    3. Choupo Moting or Atsu out for Coutinho or Salah
either for GW8 for a hit, or GW9 for free.

Or in other words, i Haven't a breeze what to do and Im just documenting my thinking for when I log in Friday week

After 2 weeks of thinking I think I'll do an underwhelming bank. :(
DDG to Foster would be my pick, but I'd be benching Foster this week so don't see the point rushing into it.

Lacassette has a decent fixture, West Brom could easily shut out Vardy and Pool's fixtures are bad until GW10.

Rob Holding is in my thoughts as well now.

Banking will likely save me taking a hit in the next few weeks, so 4 points better off on that thinking.

Sideways move but I did Mooy to Gross. The latter has. I have better fixtures coming up.
Will leave Aguero another week or two

Are many gonna play Elliot ahead of DDG,I know it sounds obvious but there is a possibility of a big double decker getting stuck on the pitch in L4

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,672 ✭✭✭ElTel

    I'm thinking Eriksen to Sterling.

The question is then Smith 4.0 to Alonso with the second FT (means benching Jones and Wimmer and leaving 0.1itb).
Rolling this transfer allows me to deal with Tadic and Firmino say next week.

I could also do Eriksen and Jones to Hazard and Otamendi.

    Fab
    Bavies Kolasinac Jones
    Atsu Tadic Eriksen Mkhi
    Kane (c) Jesus Firmino

    Nordfeldt TPT Wimmer Smith

    2FT 1.5M itb

Funny I just asked that question on chat thread....I’ve both keepers ,am a Utd fan but reckon Liverpool may well score tomorrow.....what are Newcastle like at the back away from home....and of course what are Southampton like at home?

So I waited and waited and I've gone with Sane and Morata to Jesus and Merlin.

Id play De Gea as he should get more save points even if he doesnt get a cs. Liverpool take a lot of long range shots and De Gea always plays well against them.

    Southampton fan here.

Can't buy a goal at the minute. Doesn't help that Pelligrino insists on playing Shane Long up top on his own in recent weeks.

Newcastle only conceded one against free scoring liverpool so I think they're said.
Im probably starting DDG over1 Eliott as I think United are well capable of keeping Liverpool scoreless. And I'm playing Cedric and Atsu and don't want a third player in that fixture.

the double utd defence of de gea / Jones has served me well.

I also have double Newcastle on the bench clark/Elliot.

do I put all my eggs in one basket and hope for a utd clean sheet?
or maybe play de gea and clark.

I'd keep Eriksen for Bournemouth at home anyway.
