It was a cross by Tadic, not a shot. Therefore not an assist as the cross didn't go where he intended.

That should have been an assist for Tadic. I guarantee you we'll see a similar siutation in the future where the assist will be given.

Kinda is to be fair, like Kane's goal last week - was it a shot or a cross?

had the keeper "saved" it and another player scored - what then - only the player knows what he intended.
