Great play by Moses on the 4th goal, fair play to him.

    What a second half

Terrific turnaround by Inter. Delighted for Lukaku, who could be in line for an unbelievable year with the Euros also to come in the summer.

Inter and Juve now on 54 points, Lazio on 53.

Next Sunday's evening game: Lazio vs Inter.

The title race in Germany and Italy is something else now.

    Amazing season so far.

Where is that boring, defensive Italian football now lol?

Definitely the best game I've watched so far this season across Europe, that win has to give Inter the shot in the arm for the rest of the season after their recent stutter. What a three-way title race this is shaping up to be

What a result. Another big game next weekend.

Inter win their next 2 games and there is a good chance they will win the league if they get a result in March against Juv

After the first Inter goal you could only see one result as Romagnoli, Kjaer & Conti are average to well below average players. I'll give credit to Theo Hernandez only because he's was the only Milan player who has any pace.
Still sticking with Juve for the title as I said earlier a good team would have had won that game in the first half instead they folded like wet cardboard.

Need to get Napoli out of the way first.

If Erickson’s free went in it would of been one of the all time great free kicks.

Would still have doubts about Inter. They will choke in the big moments buy maybe yesterday can be a turning point.
No idea how Lazio are doing so well with the team they have.

Juventus have been awful this season. No chance of a CL title.

Entertaining league this year although the speed of play is well behind the PL,La Liga & Bundesliga.

I got a good laugh out of them making a mess against Verona tbf.
I can't believe its February and they still haven't sorted out what their midfield is by now or dealt with their clear right back issue. This morning Ramsey is being linked with an exit as they likely need the money more than the player and La Repubblica are linking a return for Allegri, I think he's still on their payroll with the way Italy handles with managerial departures.

Inter v Napoli tomorrow, should be a good match

Guys do away goals count in the cup games and will we see full strength teams tomorrow?

The match was a huge let down after such a brilliant Sunday :/

Juve were absolutely hopeless but Milan of course still couldn't punish them. 1-1 draw after a controversial late penalty for Juve, I'm sure it won't be the last time I say that this season.

Caught the last thirty minutes of it. Thought Calabria was unfortunate to have the pen awarded against him. He did block Ronaldo's effort with his arm, and I know by the rules it's a pen, but I don't like those kind of calls. It's natural when you spring to lift your arms up and they are going to hang there when a player is coming down.

Surprising 3-0 win for Genoa at Bologna to keep their survival hopes alive. Bologna finished with 9 men.

Atalanta vs Roma coming up which is a huge game for the CL places. Teams:
Atalanta XI: Gollini; Palomino, Taloi, Djimsiti; Hateboer, Freuler, de Roon, Gosens; Gomez; Ilicic, Zapata.

Roma XI: Lopez; Peres, Fazio, Smalling, Spinazzola; Mancini, Pellegrini; Kluivert, Mhkitaryan, Perotti; Dzeko.

Atalanta will be 6 points clear in 4th if they win. Reckon they will do it. Hope there's a few goals.

1-0 Roma. A gift for Dzeko from Palomino.

Half-time now. Atalanta had been looking the most likely to score. Toloi close with a great bicycle kick attempt and Smalling made a crucial last ditch tackle to stop Ilicic. But you can't give Dzeko an opportunity like that. Believe that was Roma's first shot on target of the half too. Sets things up nicely for the 2nd half.

Palomino redeems himself with the equaliser. Game on.

2-1 Atalanta. Pasalic with a gorgeous finish to the top corner. Think that may have been his first touch since coming on.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 55,832 ✭✭✭✭Headshot

That's Roma's hope of CL qualification gone.

They have been very poor of late

Wouldnt be surprised if that's the manager gone too. It's been an awful 2020 for Roma

Great atmosphere at the end of the game. Very likeable team. Could prove to be a great week for them.

Brescia really punished there. Red seemed harsh (?) and free kick goal really kicks them.

Very bad result for Ranieri's Sampdoria. Beaten 5-1 at home by Fiorentina. Leaves them just a point above the drop zone.

Massive game coming up in the title race between Lazio and Inter. Been looking forward to this all week. Juve did their job earlier beating Brescia. Game is on Premier Sports 1. Team news:
Lazio XI: Strakosha; Felipe, Acerbi, Radu; Marusic, Milinkovic-Savic, Lucas, Alberto, Jony; Caicedo, Immobile.

Inter XI: Padelli; Godin, de Vrij, Skriniar; Candreva, Vecino, Brozovic, Barella, Young; Martinez, Lukaku.

Fancy Inter to get the win, though Handanovic again deemed not ready to start is a concern. I would worry about Padelli as he looked well dodgy last week.

I'll still back them due to the LuLa partnership being back. I'll go 2-1 to Conte's side.

Been waiting all day to watch this game :o

If it's half as good as last Sunday, we're in for a treat

As I type, that was some strike by Savic!!

Ashley Young gives Inter the lead!

Half-time now. Pretty even game so far. All to play for in the 2nd half.
