Ronaldo has a chance to score this evening and pull Juve even further clear of Napoli. Game is live on Eir Sport 2 from 7:30pm.
Napoli XI: Meret; Malcuit, Maksimovic, Koulibaly, Hysaj; Callejon, Allan, Fabian Ruiz, Zielinski; Insigne, Milik.

Juventus XI: Szczesny; Cancelo, Bonucci, Chiellini, Alex Sandro; Emre Can, Pjanic, Matuidi; Bernardeschi, Mandzukic, Ronaldo.

Juventus are unbeaten this season. Will they lose that record tonight? I'm not sure about that. I'll go Juventus to edge it.

Napoli keeper Meret sent off for fouling Ronaldo.

Napoli just ruined their game with one silly pass.

Gk sent off. Milik off for Ospina.

    Game over I think.

And Pjanic scores the resulting free-kick. Game over already perhaps.

And Pjanic goal from free kick.

Zieliński post soon after, but doubt they will get more chances like this.

Will keep watching until Juventus scores again.

    It is football after all.

    2-0 from Can's header via a deflection. I think that's that.

Yep. All over. Such a shame as it could have been really good game.

Turned off at half-time, I'm back watching now. Massive credit to Napoli here

20 exciting minutes to come. 10 vs 10 so more space to play.

Very soft penalty, but technically correct.

But I agree with you. Sort of penalty I don't like.

So poor from Insigne. Well that's another title for Juventus

Eusebio Di Francesco has been sacked as Roma manager after their elimination to Porto last night.

Claudio Ranieri set to replace him.

Think he did a few good deals but ultimately he failed when the players he signed struggled replace the ones he sold (that he didn't sign).
Alisson & Salah in particular are 2 he messed up replacing. Schick, Nzonzi, Pastore, Defrel & others just never worked out.

Those more in the know, are these green shoots starting to finally appear at Milan or another false dawn?

5 league wins on the bounce ahead of the Milan derby next weekend.
Performances have been particularly poor in the last 2 games vs Sassuolo & Chievo mind.

Now three players with 19 goals. Ronaldo, Quagliarella and Piatek.

Piatek still the only one with zero assists. Very selfish :)

Some goal by Lazio against Fiorentina.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,643 ✭✭✭✭Mr.Nice Guy

Another peach of a goal from Quagliarella today in Sampdoria's 5-3 win over Sassuolo.

Poor result for Ranieri and Roma as Spal beat them 2-1. Was a great chance to put pressure on Milan and Inter ahead of their game tomorrow.

Juve looking like getting their first defeat of season to Genoa, down 2-0. Great counterattack with Pandev scoring, on eir2

The irony of Sturaro scoring a goal for Genoa after they supposedly agreed to pay €17m for him.
Amazed they couldn't stay unbeaten since all of the big sides with the exception of Milan(only since January) are playing worse than last season.

Eir are showing the Milan derby tonight (kick-off 7.30pm). Team news:
Milan XI: Donnarumma; Calabria, Musacchio, Romagnoli, Rodriguez; Kessie, Bakayoko, Paqueta; Suso, Piatek, Calhanoglu.

Inter XI: Handanovic; D’Ambrosio, De Vrij, Skriniar, Asamoah; Gagliardini, Brozovic, Vecino; Politano, Lautaro Martinez, Perisic.

Milan on 51 points, Inter on 50 points. Fancy Milan to win because Piatek.
