    Having worked for them, littlewoods settlement is a 20% write off.

    IJ do not take you court it is entirely upto the client if legal action is to commence.

    The majority of those you get on the phone are decent people who will accommodate you and your circumstances.

    If you agree to a payment plan stick to it. You will only hear back from them every few months for a review

    If you get a nice person the first time round, take that person's name and deal only with them.

    I see a lot of misinformation here (not on this post, but on other posts).
