Hey guys, welcome back and a big welcome to all our new posters some of whom will hang out a few weeks and others who will become stalwarts going forward, one of the best forums imaginable. Good luck to everybody, will this be the year we have somebody chasing the lead till the very end.

Did most of my teamwork today, first few weeks all about finding your feet.

Iwobi benched is annoying from my regular team point of view, but it seems to be to make way for Ozil who I have in my draft team, along with Lacazette and Iheanacho...hoping for plenty of goals in this one.

Upfront, City and Liverpool coverage in Aguero and Firmino with Lukaku (c).

Bench has boardies favourites... RLC, Mee and Carroll and Hegazi

1m itb for an upgrade to Kane if need.

Iwobi bench is not a bad thing.

Hopefully he comes on when the game becomes more open, it is the first game of the season after all

I've been paying such little attention to pre season that I forgot Arsenal are playing 352, would have went for Kolasianic otherwise. Least I didn't punt on Iheanacho and Iwobi

Last night I brought in Ozil but in doing so had to downgrade De Bruyne to David Silva and Tadic to JWP.

Spent the day sweating on him playing or not. Hopefully he gives me something to cheer about. And Kolasinac too, but he seems to be starting centre back instead of wing back.

I did loads of drafts but I ended up with:

Foster

Moreno, Jones, Van Aarnholt,
Salah, Ritchie, Zaha, Willian,
Lacazette, Aguero, Lukaku.

Subs: Elliot, Smith, Carroll, Bruno.

Moreno was a gamble as he may not play but I'm comfortable with Smith coming in. I was impressed with him in the Championship and I've hopes of him doing well in the Premier League. If Jones doesn't feature, my gamble will not have paid off. :pac:

Trippier and Cedric were my planned targets but I'll have to wait a while to get them in due to injury concerns.
