Duck eggs are very tasty and have a very thick shell.

Poached duck egg on buttery toast - sourdough if possible; so delicious...

Feck, now I want some duck eggs mad.png

You should all be cracking your eggs with one hand by now, unless you are 26 and under.
That only works if i dont need the yolk intact and don't mind fishing out shell :)

I'm in my 30s and go through about 24 eggs a week. I feel like I'm a pro at cracking them.

But I still can't crack them with one hand. :D

Watched the YouTube tutorial about cracking eggs with one hand. I think you practice with ping pong balls. Never put it in action though.

I used to crack on the edge, now it's always on a flat surface - much less bits of shell....
