    I'm 6' 1" in my socks, closer to 6' 2" in my shoes, so I've always had a natural height advantage. I can't say I've ever considered it a boon or hindrance to my career to date. That said, I couldn't see myself taking orders from a whipped-up little midget who has to get on a stool to look me in the eye.

    I'm 6 ft. There's disadvantages too. If female, shopping clothes. Not as much selection. There's shortages in other "departments" that affect selection for some folks.

    That is the worst disadvantage I have ever heard. You will have much better employment opportunities and will command a higher position and make more coin than shorter women. Your success is pre determined.
