Get a randomized list of players and a randomized list of roles.

Ask everyone for two lists of the numbers 1-25, first list is players, second list is roles.

So if you get these as the first three in the player list

And these in the role list
18
22
7

Then player 13 gets role 18, player 24 gets role 22 and player 9 gets role 7.

There's different ways to do it, I don't use this method but I presume that's how its done.
