I started a new family 12 months ago here - I'm unable to contact one of my family ( SirOxman) and will be renewing in the coming days.

I've 1 spot available for a regular Boards user (minimum 500 posts)

Wife just text me to say she was booted off Google home Spotify because the account was being used elsewhere.

I have a family (we are the owner) and 4 x members from boards so that's 5 in total.

I am not using Spotify elsewhere.

Anyone any ideas?

Could it have been hacked? Plenty of hacked accounts available online

Hi there,

I'm in a family account but wondering can I put the account on two different phones? (Work and Private)

I'd be only using one of them at the time. Basically trying to save my own data so can use work phone when in the car etc.

Just don't want to mess up the family account.

You can install Spotify using your family account on as many devices as you like. You can only play on one device, however, if you start another the first one will stop. This will not affect the family group.
