99c deal is only for new users that never tried a premium free trial before. You could just make a new account with a different email address.

My Family is 1 year old in a few days, going to continue on for another year and I have mailed the 5 family members and have payment received from 2 and have a 3rd paying this week.
No word back from the 2 others so in 10 days If I do not have payment I may have 1 or two free slots. (IrishHomer and leex if these slots become free)
