    Agree totally.

I don't believe anyone exists with Hannah's level of general cop on. Her fragility makes Kerri Anne seem like Maggie Thatcher.

''Kerri-Ann, the ''Iron Lady''.... Imagine if she had a complete badass personality overhall and your post just gave the FC writers ideas, because as it stands now it's:

''I'm not for turning Raymond'' (though she didn't actually say that; just quoting Maggie :P).... Ten minutes later, ''actually I am, and 'I love you''. ''I'm leaving Decco.''
Then ''Sorry Raymond, but I love Decco'', and the baby definitely isn't yours!

It would be very funny. I'd say Jenny Dixon only has one character type.. From snippets i've seen of her i'd say it's pretty close to her own:)

The group is quaking in its boots now that everyone's favourite (not) roving reporter is back on the scene to expose the seedy underbelly of a few plebs ( in fairnes there is a bit of violence involved) praying to a circle in Eoghan's house!

    :pac:

I've done my best to avoid any televised interviews with her, but from what others tell me,she's basically playing (though not as stupid, a tad eccentric, maybe) herself...

    Love Emmets Jeward hairstyle... Ha!

Hope to God Oakley doesn't flatter him and tell him the massive Jeward quiff would suit him down to the ground and he'd be taken more seriously! :D

Where would you work if you were a Fair City character?

    http://www.dailyedge.ie/where-would-you-work-if-you-were-a-character-in-fair-city-3762891-Jan2018/?utm_source=facebook_short

    Spar
How exciting. Your fantasy life in Fair City is so wild that you work in a Spar. Now, this isn't necessarily a bad thing. A fair amount of drama goes on in this shop. People talk about extremely private business way too loudly in here. You'll rarely find yourself bored working here.

I got Vinos - God help me... Imagining chopping all those tomatoes.......

I don't think Damien knows who gave him the keys, the letter wasn't signed, it just said heres a place to go for some peace and quiet. Plus now hes in the cult he wont want to point the finger.

    The letter was signed ''M''.....

    P.s. Ms Westerosi...

You're a very welcome addition to our group. I see a lot of strength in you, leadership qualities. You have a way with people, can't you see that? People open up and become less inhibited around you. We all feel healing, at a very deep level when you speak. I know you have really balanced my ying and yang.

    :D:D:D:D

I run this little self help group, if you're interested. At the moment, we have no proper premises and are holding our meetings in the home of my boyfriend. We all love everyone here - apart from my ex who tried to take over, he's a doctor and he's so full of negativity, so, unfortunately, we had to give up on him.... But we're a lovely little group, who don't judge each other, and bare our souls to each other without recriminations. You're more than welcome to join us.... It's peaceful too, as only about three or four persons have the power of speech, so you should find it nice and calming.... As I said, all are welcome, and forgiven their past misdeeds, unless they happen to be committed by vengeance fuelled ex who distrupted the group and caused a loyal member to commit atrocious acts.... He's gone now, thanks to the intervention of our newest member.... So, come, join us, we will show you nothing but love and understandiing and help you find your own inner power. :P:D

MsW, could I join your group do you think? I did a terrible thing though so you might be dreadfully shocked...

I ate three Liqourice Allsorts in a row, I am so sorry, I know I shouldn't have done it but can you forgive me and accept me despite this awful crime I have committed?

    Actually, make that four Allsorts.

I have done far worse.... I ate quite a vast number of chocolates over the festive season.... And I once stole my sister's crisps when we were kids..... You are more than welcome to join! :P:pac:

The jacks must be in some state. There's only five people living in this house and you'd want to see the state of it sometimes.

So who has taken over the premises of the phoenix way now and the various holistic therapies? Given that it was managed from Warsaw is a new manager going to be sent in?

    Where is Farrah?

Does anyone know how Fair City is doing in Scotland?

Not sure at the moment Eoghan has just murdered Michael using the desk!

Our jacks is always in pristine condition; we have a rota like supermarket staff, and there's always one person on jacks cleaning duty for a week. Although, we did have a bit of trouble a while back when our tea was poisoned, but now it's business as usual again. :D

I can't be entirely sure, but I think those rooms in the centre were just rented, and Oakley and Miriam held onto their keys (most landlords would have had the locks changed by now, but then again, it is FC where anything is possible) I think - and this isn't a definite, so maybe I'll have to see if the episode is still up on Player - that Oakley told Miriam when he was trying to wheedle his way into her group, that so many members had deserted Phoenix Way for Miriam's group that Phoenix Way got rid of the centre, or words to that effect.

One thing re Oakley and the infamous keys, Damian's ''abduction'' of Saorise, etc.

How did he know that Miriam kept the keys to a now defunct centre in her handbag? Couldn't she just as easily have left them in a drawer back at the house? Or did he take a leaf out of Tommy's book and have hidden cameras planted all over the place?
Tell you one thing, if he wasn't a doctor, he'd be a great pickpocket in reverse. For instance; how did he manage to plant a fairly biggish box of headphones in Charlotte's bag with lots of people milling around without anyone noticing? :P

Because its fair city, he could have lepped from one end of the Center to the other in a pink tutu and most of the characters wouldn't have batted an eyelid.

Logic and Reality don't exist in Carrigstown

I think that Robert was with Cleo or maybe it was Sash. (Mam says definitely Cleo) He was a touch pedantic and not over emotional. My mam just reminded me that he was Brendan's (Heather's hubby's) cousin and that he was a physiotherapist, or something in that fielad. :)

That was him...I liked that character at the time. You Mam has a good memory.

Oakley really needs to learn not to use Emmet in his plans, the guy has literally zero ability to not look immediately shifty afterwards.

The cult story is good and realistic enough. This is how such groups work. Everyone in that group apart from Oakley is vulnerable in some way. Oakley knows how to manipulate people and set them against each other. What makes this group different to many real ones is the lack of a religious element. More often than not, realworld cults hold bible study meetings (or their equivalent in non-Christian ones like Scientology cults) once a week and brainwash people into feeling they have to go to them. I know of people who go to these type of things and they become different people. I can understand well why Emmett has changed from what he used to be.

I really liked Robert when he was on the show. Himself and Cleo were a good match.

As far as I remember he was going out with one of the Dillon girls in real life. The youngest one, Dearbhla.

I think the Damien storyline could be the best one if developed properly....he has such a lot of issues, and is clearly suffering, he has anger management issues too....with so many young men suffering from mental illness, this really could be a great storyline to give proper help and advice to people in similar circumstances. I really feel for Damien and hope that the writers expand on this ....at no time did Caoimhe show any kind of compassion or caring or understanding to him...I think he displays a lot of insecurity....I'd love to see them resolve their differences with Damo getting professional help....I want to see them happy!

I always thought they were an unlikely match though. I'm assuming Damien must be a good ten years older than her, but the age gap itself shouldn't be a problem. They just seemed to have very little in common when they first got together and now all the differences are coming to the fore.

What always got me about Caoimhe was she was never happy. She wanted to medicine then she didn't. She want to run the Vino's and then she didn't. If I was with her I'd find it hard to support her because she could change her mind at any time.
Kerri-Ann is similar if Decco was working hours on end to pay for stuff he'd be working to much and if he didn't work enough they wouldn't have enough money.

Michael was gorgeous and Emmet I think is the best looking in the show now.

    Caoimhe is a thundering b*tch.

Have to say I felt sorry for him - funny faces and all... And the Dolores actress is brobably taking a break. :)

A break from what? The character is a useless dinosaur who does nothing but walk up and down the street looking down on others and being a general waste of space. Shame they didn't kill her off with that cancer storyline, at least that's realistic.
