A mixed day for Offaly GAA

In the All-Ireland football qualifiers it ended Offaly 1-21 London 1-11

However the Kildare minor hurlers have ended Offaly's interest in the Leinster minor hurling championship. After extra-time the final score was Kildare 1-23 Offaly 1-20. The lilywhites now qualify for the Leinster MHC semi-finals.
