You are a snow flake. Have you ever heard of betting by any chance.?

Yes, I lost a few quid on the fight. I don't care! A draw was fair.

    Canelo KO
I thought the Boxnation commentary was fairly balanced..

Maybe I need to listen again..

    They seemed to praise both..

116-112 Golovkin. Disgusting scorecard by Byrd. Needs banning.

I hear you. I was more fearful of Dave Moretti, he had Canelo Cotto 119-109 but in fairness this time around, his scorecard was fine. It's always the same in Vegas.
Hope GGG says **** that to the rematch and fights Saunders next. Why should he bother entertaining such blatant corruption. Byrd only gave him rounds 4 and 7. Absolutely mental.

What an absolute joke. Loads predicted it before the fight. GGG had to get the KO. All proven correct. Clearly won that fight.

Fair play to Canelo. Great chin and far better stamina than I expected. His feet lost him that fight and clear though.

    Disgrace.

You've been a bit of an OTT GGG fanboy concerning this match. The post above confirms this.

The draw is sh1tty for the vast majority of people who had a bet on the fight. They all lose, anyone who backed either fighter to win in any way.

I had a bet on Canelo, But I would have liked to see the bookies having to pay out on one side, rather than keeping all the money.

1-4 builds the fight, they are getting into it, GGG was the slower fighter into it, but it was setting up nicely. Act 1, if you will. Rocky aint real, no one fights like that.

It was the best fight I saw this year.

    AJ-Klitchscko was infinitely better IMO

Canelo would kill him. lets not even go there.

Canelo would win, for sure. Probably a 10th/11th round TKO. You don't seem to realise Conor has a mallet head. His head is made out of steel or something, there's a 0% chance Canelo KO's him stiff in the first 6 rounds.

Anyway I hope to God we never get to actually debate it, I've seen enough boxing from Conor for one lifetime :)

I don't care about punters. A draw was fair. Fairer than a GGG win

His head is useless if his body is broken.

Against a live opponent like Canelo, McGregor would be lucky to last 3 rounds. Massive difference in power between Canelo's shots and Mayweather's

Haha GGG won that fight. Couldn't care less what others think. Blatant as it gets.

I thought Canelo might wilt late on and got that wrong. I'll hold my hands up there 100%.

I'm not holding my hands up to say I got the winner wrong though because GGG won that 100%. Pure corruption stopping him.

This is a classic case of watching it again with the sound off. Consistent pressure but landing little v less output but landing cleanly.

If that was Mayweather making GGG miss, there'd be people fawning over his defense and giving him rounds just for not being hit. It's amazing how people's perspectives change depending who's actually fighting.

This is very true....I remember nigh on 10 years ago people arguing for Hopkins to have beaten Calzaghe because he landed the crisper shots while calzaghe threw far more but landed little of note.....and to be fair to Bernard, he snapped Joes head back more times than Canelo snapped Golovkins head back....

....my opinion on that occasion was that landing a few eye-catching shots per round while the other fighter presses forward and lands with greater frequency across the whole round, was not enough to win rounds....I hold the same view tonight, and feel Golovkin won a hard fought contest on that basis.

Your viewpoint has changed however, if I remember correctly....and to be fair, I may not :D

I think the annoyance for many is the silly 118-110 call to Saul which was just totally wrong. I'd have been okish with a draw if not for that silly call.

However at least I bet Saul with a betting company who offered draw no bet so small mercies.:o

Yeh. Just like Kovalev clearly beat Ward in fight 1...oh, wait!

So you say. He landed clean on GGG multiple times, absolutely clean and GGG laughed it off. His power at 160lbs is a myth. Conor's chin is granite.

I'm not debating who would win we all know Canelo wins but it'd take him 10/11 rounds just like Floyd. Conor has never been dropped with a punch, knee, elbow or kick in his entire career whether in 4oz or 8oz. He has a zombie chin.

Anyway enough of that talk  Adelaide Byrd needs to be investigated. 118-110 what a sham.

    Boxing extremely corrupt.

GGG outlanded Canelo 218-169. Also controlled the distance, was on the frontfoot and landed the harder shots. He's been absolutely robbed.

It's gonna be great and hopefully maybe even the **** result gets more potential fans involved next time around...in fairness to Alvarez in hindsight..when I was ****ing on about Golovkin's chin I should've been scoring for him. But still, a draw?

Here's one thing I don't get. I thought 3G edged it by a couple. Tbf to Canelo I thought he landed nearly all of the better work and made GGG miss with most of his power punches. So not pissed at a draw. But if it is corrupt/fixed etc why do it in such a retarded way? Like 118-110 is gonna set of alarm bells but say 115-113 results in the same outcome and people forget about it.

So its either corrupt but in the most blatant way or your one is retarded. Either way 10-2 is insane.
