    Gum shield flying and all.

Pearson needs to start winding it down. No way will ufc keep him on.

This card has been quality so far

That's it for Ross. Nice bloke, had a nice run, time to retire.
I can't see him continuing to fight on smaller promotions.

Cutelaba is absolutely terrifying. That was vicious GnP.

Late log in, but my God that was incredible to see live --mind blown.

And thanks to Pearson, I've enjoyed so many of his fights, hate to see him leveled but it was a great performance by Hooker.

Another card that seemed kinda yawnish at first is proving brilliant.

It's hard to see an old man get hit like that.

Dan kelly looks so old and out of shape you would never think hes a pro fighter.

Great knockout and win for brunson. This card has been great fun

Considering the chin he has on him, it makes the KO even more impressive though. The sound of that left hand was sickening, I'm surprised it didn't render Kelly unconscious.

C'mon Hunt!!! Be heartbreak in there otherwise, lotsa boos

Lewis is freakishly athletic for a man that size.

This seems like a good crowd. I don't think they'll boo.

    WAR HUNT!!!!!!!!!!

  • Registered Users Posts: 13,084 ✭✭✭✭Kirby

Conditioning not there for the beast. I know not many heavyweights can go the 5 rounds and they usually don't have to....but he was out on his feet. Need that cardio work. The hurt leg didnt help either.

Unless lewis improves his cardio he will never be a top contender.

Fair play to hunt he looked very good and took his time

43 years old, 5'9", 20 years of fighting the baddest men on the planet, been knocked out a few times but feck sake you cannot ever bet against Hunto.

Sounds like the back injury is a problem and getting married is changing his priorities.

Losing like that against a top guy will have been a reality check too. Maybe it's like when Schaub got beat up and realised (thanks to Rogan) that's he's never going to win the belt so why bother?

Jesus, I thought that Hunt v Lewis match was garbage.

Hunt looked ok. Lewis looked awful from the start.

All he has going do him is that he's a strong bastard.

Never seen a man as tired as Lewis in the octagon. He was absolutely drained from round 2. Great stoppage too, Lewis basically gave up, he knew

Great to see all the local(ish) fighters winning.
