Yup totally out of line it says if he dont print his boarding pass he has to pay simple.

Gobsh1te didn't print his boarding pass (and probably didn't read the small print when he booked his ticket).

    What a f**king c**t.

Jesus, security should have been called to deal with that arrogant ****. The way he abused a fellow passengers was shocking. Fair play to the man at the end who did his best to calm the situation.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,472 ✭✭✭Masala

Cant see why Security didn't haul him off the line and out the door!

Wait til he gets on and sees the new policy on failing to book a seat!!! - he will be sitting in a middle seat far away from his loved ones etc!!! (that is ...IF someone could actually love him)

    Twat........

This has really pissed me off. What a DICKHEAD. I have never seen an example of such an arrogant bully. This man is scum! How can a human being treat people like that!?

    Poor Sabrina!!!

Fair play to other passengers for trying to defuse the situation. A dickhead bully looking for his five minutes of faux outrage.

This is the one moment I'd love to have seen Michael O'Leary come in and represent Ryanair.
There'd have been more tears then I bet. From behind the camera this time.

What's going on in this guy's head that he feels entitled to behave in this way, his abuse of the first passenger who tried to support the employee is so childish?

I wonder who he voted for last November.

No support from colleagues or airport security. Passenger was a cnut.

Anyone got any idea of the outcome?

Hopefully he was banned for life by Ryanair, ideally though I'd have love to have seen him arrested for threatening and abusive behaviour

This is the original post from his own account: Racially Charged Ryan Air Check-In at Brussels Airport

He had another video up of a similar altercation with him giving guff to German police who were asking for his id when he was busking (other videos showed him playing the steel drums). Looks like he's since removed all videos bar this one.

Nothing to do with his colour, everything to do with him being a f**king c**t

Where's Mr Fcuk You I'm Millwall when you need him? He would've kicked that cockwomble straight into touch

If anyone deserved a Hackballscross uppercut it's him.

    Just wow.

How can a person be such a pr1ck. Makes by blood boil.

Would have loved to seen him getting knocked the fcuk out, if anyone ever deserved a punch he does, might teach him a lesson.

It's times like this I'd think it would be worth it to get arrested, because I'd have really struggled not to meet his head with a bottle of duty free if I was there.

Probably Clinton considering the way her followers behaved after she lost

Then make him pay another 50 Euro for the broken bottle! There is a good quote from someone on that Daily Mail article:

'I find it hard to believe that people like you actually exist. You are an awful, awful, awful human being. How do you wake up and deal with knowing that?'

Sums him up nicely, such a bully and obviously has no heart whatsoever.

Sabrina just trying to do her job and getting abuse like that for something that was all his fault, then telling her she was having an emotional breakdown and that is was her job to print his ticket.

    AHHHHHHHHHHH!

As previously said, I hope he is banned from Ryanair for life and gets some karma very soon. As you can tell, people like that really get to me!

what an asshole, customer service people are not paid enough to put up with this bull****

Just a gentle reminder, this is Aviation and Aircraft, NOT After Hours, where the rules on what is acceptable or not in terms of language or attitudes are somewhat more flexible. If this thread continues with the tone and attitudes that have gone before, I will have no choice other than to move it to AH, but I can't guarantee that the Mods there will allow it to continue in the same way

Shore, if it was easy, everybody would be doin it.😁

He was trying to revoke a reaction of the highest order

What class of an idiot turns up without any form of boarding card for a ryanair flight

Plain and simple this guy is a bully regardless of his race or where he's from

If the world wasnt on high alert for terrorism I suspect the "Baldy" guy would have given him his answer

I'd say he will end up in big trouble the girl nehind the desk was probably having a bad day and let him win.

It was comforting to see the people stand up to him from the Q

He stops the video when the 2nd guy arrived so i'd say it ended bad for him

I'm sure they are all walking on egg shells after the United airlines fiasco. Probably would have sued for denying him the chance to pay to print if they had hauled hI'm away.

Another successful ad campaign from the mind of Michael O'Leary

    According to the Daily Fail article;
A sales manager on the scene named Philipp tried to deescalate the situation but after a few moments of calm conversation the angry man raised his voice again.
Philipp told the MailOnline that the accusations of racism the man made are false.
He said: 'Any no time there was a smell of racism against him. After I told him that I am an former cop he calmed down.'
He edited out the bit where he got put in his place, by the sounds of it!
