Recently got the HKC system installed. Paid for app and €60 annual fee, all works fine.

Downloaded the app via Apple family share on wife's phone, cannot log in. Deleted it and downloaded again, same issue.

Are HKC blocking any not paid for App on a device from working? Anyone else see this issue?

No they aren't blocking family sharing. You have to set up the site again using your site ID and password . You can get this info by entering 0*9 + code on the keypad

If you don't mind me asking. How much did you pay for the installation and equipment?
Trying to find someone in the Carlow area myself to do this.

No bother. €600 excl VAT but I had the house pre-wired so just 3 new contacts included in that.
Must say, works a treat with the roaming SIM and instant alarm messaging.

Messages are also good to have, especially if you have no internet access on your phone.
