Hopefully Zab will be cheap enough at west ham next season. Could be a good pick if he gets some game time

Or that Wasilewski stays at 3.9/4.0 and gets picked up by a promoted club or such as a first teamer.

John Terry and Sagna could also be interesting and maybe see larsson

Morata to United would be an interesting one if he's priced around 9m-10m.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,912 ✭✭✭kilburn

VVD will be interesting if 70m is the price they want can't see him going anywhere.

He would be golden at a top 4 club

Also, if he did leave, it might mean our hero Yoshida might keep his place :D

Yeah the money is getting so ridiculous we don't even bat an eyelid at €30m for a young keeper. Sometime soon the budget and the prices of players in the fpl will have to increase to reflect modern values.

Newcastle and West Brom look good for 2 cheap defensive coverage spots with their early games.

Newcastle: TOT, hud, WHU, swa, STO
WBA: BOU, bur, STO, bri, WHU

Chelsea at home to Burnley in week 1, United at home to West Ham, City away to Brighton. There's going to be strong captaincy options there.

Everton's start is shambolic and they look a must avoid early on with their games: STO, mci, che, TOT, mun.

Decent opening fixtures tbh, doesn't make any of the 'big players' unattractive.

Harry Kane on current form is looking like a potential must have for next season, depending on price. Spurs face Newc (A), Chelsea (H), Burnley (H) in the opening three games at Wembley

Good start for Southampton also: SWA, whu, hud, WAT, cpl.

And United: WHU, swa, LEI, sto, EVE, sot, CPL.

United play none of the top teams in the first 5 weeks, but they have a horrendous run from gameweek 8 l.

The GW1 BB looks bolloxed then Busts?

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,563 ✭✭✭patmac

WBA have a nice start, Burnley have Chelsea and Spurs away in their 1st 3 games, Liverpool 3 out of 5 not bad with Arsenal home and City away 3rd and 4th fixtures. Everton have Stoke(h), then City(a), Chelsea(a), Spurs(h), Utd (a).
United look to have very good opening fixtures, keeper, Valencia and striker will be on most teams at the start.
    Back to work.

9 league games between Nov 29 and Jan 1

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,022 ✭✭✭✭Iused2likebusts

Dgws should be a bit more complicated next year more like 2 years ago. Dgw 34 and 37 with games called off in 35 for fa cup sf giving us a fair few blanks.

    Benteke's price will be interesting.

HUD, liv, SWA, bur, SOT is a nice start for him, taking his record against Liverpool into account.

A double up of Utd defenders looks likely based on those fixtures.

When does this game usually come back up? I thought it was when the fixtures were announced but it seems too early as of yet.
