I accidentally stole a 16 amp plug a few years ago.
I was doing a job 2 hours away for a neighbour of mine at home.
he lost the cable to a tool and I went and bought the wire and plugs for both ends.
I put the male plug into the female plug to keep them together . I went up put all 3 on the counter and paid for them .
it was only when I was at home writing an invoice that I spotted that he only scanned one of the plugs.

I felt a big guilty for a while but I paid him what he asked for based on what was on the counter
