    Well done Enduro, staggering effort to maintain 170km+ per day on the roads in all kinds of weather!
    The ability to get by on a minimal amount of sleep seems to be crucial here.

    Amazing what the human body is capable of............with the right sort of training of course.

    I struggled to get through my 1st 5K a couple of weeks ago, puts Eoin's feat into perspective.
