Not a city should rule out Vatican City at less than 1 sq Km

Monaco would be too big at 2 sq Km

    13. Yes but made isn't exactly the right word.

Ok a place in Europe (geographically) where people live, less than a square km in size, around pre 1980, between Paris and Riga latitude wise. Man made, not a city. Musing, Ireland is mostly between Paris and Riga. Also ‘geographically’ could have been a vague hint that it is in Ireland and not mainland Europe.

Doesn't mean it is man made, and Giants Causway would fit in so far as it was created pre 1980, it is in Europe, it lies between the 2 latitudes ( I think) and is 0.7 sq km in area

Forget that just re read q9

Yes. It could also refer to somewhere not usually thought of as part of Europe, like some of Russia, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.

musing: could it be the Kremlin? Or is that a building? Does that fit the vagueness on whether it was made? It is less than a square km and people do live there

It's a fortified complex, so it is "made". Earlier he said made was not the right word exactly. So that doesn't fit the kremlin...

I'm thinking more along the lines of the red square. Don't see how the kremlin is only sorta made
