Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Jesus for me. In form, against the worst defence in the league at the moment. MNF too.

Edit: Can a mod edit the poll to put Defoe against Southampton?

Gotta be our man Jesus. On form and Bouremouth awful in defense in last game. Ibra vc. Hull have just shut out Man U and Liverpool and Arsenal are out of sorts so no way i'm captaining Sanchez

Ibra I think. Hull have improved a lot so it's slightly tipping it for me. Arsenals recent game versus Watford was brutal and I think this is a similar case.

    Ibra or Sanchez id say

Thinking TC too. Lost 170k the last 2 GW's

Ballsy, have a feeling Arsenal could get a big score against them, they are due a return to form at some stage and if they do, Sanchez could score big

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,191 ✭✭✭✭Shanotheslayer

Think people are underestimating that Hull side atm.

    2-0 V Liverpool
    0-0 V United
    2-0 Lose V Chelsea
    3-1 V Bournemouth
    2-0 V Swansea

Doesn't warrant a SanChez TC for me. And also as I've said before, i'm 90% sure Sanchez get's most of his points away.

I shouldn't be, but I feel tempted by Crouch...
At home to a woeful Palace.

Worry is that he was subbed before 60 at the weekend. So it should be a no-brainer not to pick him...

Don't TC till a dgw. Your giving yourself a better chance of getting a boost by doing it in a dgw.

    Gabby Jesus.

Bournemouth's defense has been absolutely rubbish lately.

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

They key to hull is not conceding early imo .
If they do they will ship 3/4
    If they don't .......
Get tough call for me between Sanchez and siggy !
I'm ignoring Ibra at this stage

Why? Ibra's my VC at the moment (C is Sanchez). Watford are one of those teams who can be great or wodious on any given day, and United may have their shooting boots back.

The stats about how many times various teams have scored 2 or more times in a league game is damning for united and Ibra
He is ticking away alright but I'll still be going Sanchez or siggy

Ibra for me, hull and their keeper are on a real high at the moment

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,787 ✭✭✭Benimar

    Sanchez.

I have Ibra but Man U have scored 9 goals in their last 8 home games, which has put me off him.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 33,543 ✭✭✭✭CSF

I don't think I've been on as much of a cointoss for some time now. Sanchez beats Ibra for threat level but Hull are definitely a more daunting proposition than Watford.

Thinking the likelihood of Sanchez being up front and potentially on penalties now may shade it, but I'm so unsure.

Since nobody has mentioned it: Sanchez is playing in the early KO, so prepare to have a very enjoyable or thoroughly miserable afternoon watching Soccer Saturday.

    Defoe at the moment.

Have no city cover, really need to address that.

  • Registered Users Posts: 131 ✭✭Rodgeb

    Aguero <hides for cover>

Logic: One of the best strikers in the world has been humiliated over the last few weeks and has a real point to prove against the worst defense in the league. Even if he just gets 30 minutes it could be a massacre.

    Sanchez VC, just in case.....

He'll do well to get ten minutes. Even with a point to prove , there is only so much he can do with limited game time

I'll go Sanchez, but I'll play Jaku in case it's one of those Arsenal matches

I'm trying to decide between Costa & Jesus I was thinking Costa due to them playing Burnley but Heaton is a decent keeper so I can't see him running riot then with Jesus playing against Bournemouth - they have a tendency to score more than once but knowing my luck I'll captain Jesus and he won't score

Burnley are at home, which makes them a whole different beast to Burnley away.

Also Costa tends to score steadily, but unspectacularly.

His game time would be a worry with Berahino and Diouf in the mix now.

There's a quote from Hughes on the FFS in the twitter update bit which suggests Berahino won't start.

    I have:

    Lukaku
    Hazard
    Sanchez
    Jesus
    Ibra

No, op noticed it and requested a mod to edit the poll, I looked but can't see how to edit it.

Been on him all week but now I'm getting nervous
Sanchez and ibra again now in my thoughts too
The guy who overtook me on work has league has NONE of those 3!
I've a feeling he will go with lukaku again

Ya I may have second thoughts before deadline. Maybe owning him is still enough of a differential :o 60,000 transfers out for Sanchez and Ibra this week. I really hope they punish those who sold them.

I was very shocked by the stats on united last week though . Only score 2 or more in the league 4 times or something like that . Ibra is ticking away but will he ever explode ???? Sanchez might if they get an early goal
Last time I got siggy in he got a massive massive score which could have been even bigger
But I didn't have the balls to captain him
Leicester are pure muck at the moment

I've let my missus decide for me this weekend, cant do any worse than me.

She believes in Jesus as captain & LeCuckoo (as she pronounced it) as vice captain.

Mikitaryhan could be a differential , if he can repeat last weeks' score.
