Worms in vomit

Brendan got sick once early this morning. There were a number of worms in it, roughly an inch long and white (roundworm I presume). He's in generally good form and eating and drinking well. Admittedly, we had not been up to date with worming. Do we need to go to the vets or is it a matter of starting worming now.

Get the vets advice on worming
But you don't need to visit with the dog

if it was one of mine I'd take them to see the vet in person. Puking up worms would be a bit more serious IMO than them just passing them in their didgeridoodoo
