Hi, just got back in the gym after a hiatus.
In my previous job my hands were in water a lot which caused them to get torn up badly. After months and months they've soon recovered (left hand is the worst affected) but I noticed a bit of wear on my left hand after my first time back tonight.
I'm totally fine with calluses as I know it's just something you have to deal with but I don't want to go back to having torn up hands, any suggestions? I would imagine weightlifting gloves would be best as much as I wouldn't be a fan but are there any other alternatives?
