I owned both Mane and Firmino back in GW11 when it was cool to have 2 Liverpool mids. Then Hazard went nuts so I sold Mane for him in GW12 and kept Firmino.

This season is turning into a huge slog, one step forward and two steps back is each game week is turning out, anytime I build a bit of momentum on an early kickoff or on Saturday, it's immediately undone come Sunday/Monday. One or 2 players will shine bright and the rest will disappoint each week, the only enjoyable thing about this game week is that I brought in Jones for Cameron and he kept a cleansheet.

Those are the kind of decisions that can make or break a season. I likewise got rid of Mane for GW13 to bring in Siggy, Austin and Kane alongside Aguero. Result? Austin breaks, Aguero sees red, and Kane turns into Lukaku MkII. And Mane turns into Pools main fpl points getter. Tis a funny ould game indeed :rolleyes:.

Yucky 44 with mane saving me tonight. Red arrows and back to 385K for me! Will teach me to transfer in Carroll, captain him then change my mind and not get up in time but Kane blanked and Sanchez only assisted so it was maybe 5 points missed out on. Ho hum! Bad week!

GW11? When was it, in 2012

Mane was set to get 3 points this week until last minutes of the game. We all agreed you pick one of Liverpool mids and stick to him.

Last week Lallana, this week Mane. Firmino could be next for a week or two

My defence since late WC and Costa Ibra has kept me where I am despite a few bandwagon fails.

It's totally different for me this year but I'm enjoying it just as much.

I've my 2 transfers lined up for GW 19 to bring him back in, more casual players may struggle to afford to fit him back in and getting him as soon as he returns from suspension could be quite the differential. Owning both him and Sanchez is a bit of a pain though..so expensive

I wouldn't get him back before it anyway.

I looked at the bps at about the 97 minute mark and he and Klavan were both on 31, I assumed Mane would nick the 3. Anyone know why he was docked a point?
