I just called PAS, they are on No. 85 on the open and No. 35 on inter for Dublin batch 4.1. The panel is going to remain open till April 2019.

I'm number 26 on the interdepartmental batch 4.1 panel, ive not been contacted yet?!!

Sorry to hear that, I was just relaying what was told to me yesterday. Maybe they contacted your HR department for references?

I wonder would it be because you don't need clearance?

I am number 4 on the open and not on interdepartmental

Currently on the panel for open and interdepartmental but also going for internal EO in my department. If I take the internal one will I still get offer from PAS? I'd prefer to get out of my department so not pushed on internal comp but if PAS don't reach my number before april I'm thinking if I take it the mobility may help me transfer. Any input on this?

I think if you take the internal then you are no longer eligible for the interdepartmental but you could still get an open offer

Is there an email address for PAS that you can contact to see what number they are at?

Just rang they said they are at 105, batch 4.1 and hoping to finish the batch by the end of the month. They also said that most of the vacancies are in the Gards, was hoping to get foreign affairs but they said that's unlikely :(
