Looks average. Bar Agüero (whom I did not captain) I escaped all the disasters so far. But, unfortunately I'm not going to make much ground from this GW. Did not have the balls to go for Walcott (C) instead of Sanchez. Assumed he was a differential enough without stretching it to the captaincy.

Not much to regret but I'll have to do better to overcome my apocalyptic GW4...

Don't rage take those hits. It's only GW8 so you still have everything to lose.

So far, it's a pretty low scoring GW so you're not losing that much ground.
I got a 3.7m GW rank in GW4 where I lost huge ground (up to 60 pts on some rivals). Slowly (too slow for my taste but whatever :pac:) I'm making up for what I've lost then and reducing gaps. It's a marathon.

Everton supporting friend of mine who is already top of our mini league has Stekelenburg and because it was Everton didn't captain Aguero and somehow, somehow has JOE FECKING ALLEN! WTF! Four of his players are on for 3 bonus and when baps are added he'll be on 80! 80 fecking points!!!

I have him and took a hit to get him so I'm delighted but they are not sticking to their own rules
He crossed, defender headed it into Walcott path

Haven't seen it yet but the interpretation that is consistently applied is that unless the deflection changes the course of the ball by 90 degrees or more then the assist stands.
