Gonna go back to Spidey vs Wolverine and give it to Spider-man! His web can hold the Hulk for a period of time so Wolverine couldn't break free. Then Spidey just needs to think of a way to get rid of him. e.g Do a Days of Future Past job and skewer him with re-bar and throw him in the ocean!

Maybe if it was the superior Spiderman! But not regular spidey.
