Well Dave,

Big one is the Belfast 24 hour on the 1st/2nd July. Also if all things are well i'll be giving Lanzarote Marathon a good go in early December.

Nope, I'm an ultra virgin. Probably biting off more than I can chew but sure ill never know till I give it a go.

Training's grand, keeping it all easy for now.

A pleasant little recovery double. 5.5 + 5 either side of floor sanding.
A good start to the year. 94 miles for the week previous best 92 and all good.

Well B. Just about right now. Had a bit of a dodgy Achilles which needed sorting.
I'm just been ultra cautious with it. Three days running this week so far and should be grand to build back up next week.
