Lesnar won't be fighting in UFC until at least January due to the ban.

Would be hilarious if the crowd still sides with Lesnar against Roman.

More chance of it being closer to Lesnar/Goldberg 1

Reading reports of November at MSG.

Strowman should wait and cash it in after the fight then. MMA fans would love the cross over if Strowman stormed the octagon and cashed in.

Haha, joking aside, this is a disaster for WWE, but entirely one of their own making....

Tbh, Strowman legitimately is the only person now who could take the belt off Brock and not have him look weak.

I think they will keep the belt on Brock at least until his UFC match. Then he could potentially be a double UFC + WWE Universal champion. Whoever beats him in WWE after that will benefit a lot.

And I keep telling you logically booking has no place in WWE in 2018.

Nice to see Lesnar turn up to one summer PPV at least.

Calling people picees of shít and motherfúckers isn't very WWE though.

Yeah, anyone can sound badass when they're allowed swear like that.

    Except Lashley, the bathturd.

Or Roman when he's calling people bitch.

God help me but I'm watching live.... start of the show was pretty good considering. Was about to get angry when they played Roman's music after Lashley dominated majority of the offense. But in fairness Lashley's music played after.

Logged in to post a random thought.... Rollins putting the Sharpshooter on Dolph to win a fall would be all sortes of ironic.. Irony in an Iron man match..... book it!

Few posts again this week. Raw must need more Roman.

contrary to what my contributions in here suggest, I don't actually hate Roman. I think I've actually been categorical on that, actually.

in fact, he's just about the best they have.
    he has the most presence.
    he's the most easily marketable.
    he looks good.
    his voice sounds good.
he should have the capability of getting most demographics WWE want on board.

he just can't conquer the fúcked up booking of the last 3 years. it's futile. the dye is set. it's over. the original story 3 or 4 years ago was good. he was liked. he was over. but you fúcking ruined it.

he will not be the face of the company while his character continues to be the same one people reject as the face of the company 3 years ago. it's not going to happen.

turn him or do something else.

    he's not Cena.

it's not the same situation. i know they think that they don't have to pay attention to reactions because of how successful Cena was.

please give up at some point. i honestly think i'll be dead before they stop pushing him.

I tapped out of the show when the second Sasha/Bailly segment started. Did I miss anything of note afterwards?

When I see what The Young Bucks are doing with Being The Elite and then try and watch an episode of RAW, I just can't do it. It's so frustrating. The WWE doesn't really give you a reason to care from a week to week basis.

There is no way Brock will be fighting for the Light Heavyweight title.

Lashley vs Reigns has not been booked badly. I mean despite Lashley having no charisma I liked him saying all the stuff we all think about Brock a few weeks back and the brawl they had on this show wasn't bad but at this stage all I can think is why the F are they doing all this just to justify that Reigns will main event again even though he is not a champion at the next PPV.

Strangely what I started thinking during that segment is what should fans actually chant or do to show they dont want what is being fed to them. My idea is that when the first few guys came out to break them up (and I hated seeing him there with the other no name guys that combined could not stop these real main eventers) the fans should have just started chanting for Balor.

Remember the title unification Cena vs Orton angle when all the fans started chanting for Daniel Bryan, like that I guess. Avoid the whole well Roman is getting a reaction be it good or bad thing instead just chant for who you would prefer to see in that top spot

They've started using Cena's line for him now; "Most polarising superstar in WWE history".

I suppose they're trying to fast-track people's disdain for him into becoming a joke or endearing.

Except Cena was great at playing off it. Roman just does blue steel and drones on about some big dog and my yard shíte.

I'd love if everytime he came out instead of boos the fans just chanted We want Balor (or whichever equivalent wrestler that is not in anyway involved in Reigns angle but is actually over with the fanbase).

Even Daniel Bryan admits that the WWE only ran with him because they were essentially forced to.

    loved this moment so much

So the main event of an Extreme Rules PPV will be a match with no kind of stipulation?
Like who are the fans expected to be behind here. Okay we know Vince expects them to be behind Roman but both guys are meant to be faces, yet neither guy gets a proper face reaction from what I can tell. Think Lashley is just getting a "not Roman Reigns" reaction.

And what is with that Sasha/Bayley segment? Now it's being implied their jobs rely on this counselling? For something that's been building for a while between 2 women who were rivals in NXT just a few years ago? And they're fighting with each other in a business where people fight with each other. The whole thing is stupid. Clearly they thought they could recreate the Bryan/Kane bits, but that had a good foundation leading into the therapy and they took their time with it.

Yeah. Paying for a ticket and then just booing has achieved nothing for those who are frustrated. If anything, WWE is going from strength to strength financially, so they probably couldn't care about boos.

I wish if fans were going to **** all over Reigns, they'd be more creative. Walking out en masses when he comes out, for example, even if it was just to concessions if the match as midway through. Or even standing up and turning their back.

American fans can be so unimaginative.

How about not paying for the ticket to do that?
As long as people stay paying to see the product the WWE don't have to change anything.

    Raw draws lowest rating ever...

    http://www.wrestlinginc.com/wi/news/2018/0710/642628/this-week-wwe-raw-draws-lowest-viewership-in-history-for-the/

That's what you get when you have no title and you're building towards a PPV main event with nothing on the line featuring two boring characters. Also, it's not like there was some huge sports event that took a big chunk of their audience. NFL, NBA and NHL are in their off-seasons.

Tbh himself vs McIntyre is hardly going to keep people tuned in for the main event. Especially the embarrassing promo they did together to set up the match I'm sure most said, no thanks.
It's amazing how much they've burned through interesting matches; on Raw in particular. Should have had Braun inflate Kevin Owens to double his size with helium or something zany to get tweets or views for the Monster Among Memes.
Smackdown's rating was bad last week as well also the worst since the elections too. Styles vs Nakamura for the first time since last month is hardly something fresh or original to entice viewers tonight either.
