But Canada is just bizarro land. You never know how they're going to react. Especially when they react exactly the same way they react in every other part of the world. The only heels to get cheered more than usual were Sami and Kevin, and that was for obvious reasons.

That tag match made for Backlash is a very preshow type match

Where do WWE consider the proper land and not bizarro land?

    Corpus Christi?

I love how they booked Sami and Kevin as tweeners last night. So often you get heels insult their hometown just to get heat and it rarely works. It’s best to just steer into it like they did last night and it worked a treat IMO.

It worked up until they decided to get Strowman and Lashley (who are a tag team now, why? why should they care about each other?) to inexplicably involve themselves in protecting someone who at least one of them has little reason to want to protect.

I mean, if you're going to have Rollins spit the company line re Roman being the real champ a few mins later why not have him come out to make the save, at least he might have a reason to!?

Strowman, Lashley, Joe, Mahal, KO, Reigns and anyone else who thinks they deserve a shot at the Universal Championship should all be rivals vying for that opportunity first and foremost regardless of whether they're heels or faces. If you're going to commit to an absentee champion then surely being no. 1 contender should be the biggest gig going. They should be happy to see a rival getting a kicking rather than busting their a55es to save him from the bad guys.

Could easily have used Bobby as Brauns mania tag partner but that would require forward planning over booking by numbers.

At least the Sasha Banks/Ruby Riot match was great!

Could’ve been a 7 star classic and I’d never know. The minute I hear Cole say “it’s boss time!!!” it’s time to fast forward.

It just shows that WWE really can't have a face that isn't Hulk Hogan and standing up for everything right brother

Ruby's cannonball was great. Such a simple looking move but the crowd loved it.

It would have to be in the Tokyo Dome for 7 stars brother.

    Roll tide

They look like really good matches. The winners aren't obvious either.

Reigns never won the MITB ??

    He could be winning it

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 30,067 ✭✭✭✭CastorTroy

So is money in the back a dual brand men's match and a dual brand women's match? I doubt they'll have 4 cases. Could also leave it open to cashing in on the other brand's champ

What exactly is "The Boss" characters anyways?
Never quite got it. Like I know what it means... but all sasha banks does is hold up her hands and that dance.

That Lashley interview needs to be buried deep in the desert and never found. I nearly cringed to death.

I hate this open challenge crap. Surely every wrestler would want to fight for it instead of just one coming out.

    Wtf I like Jinder now?

I love the fact that a Roman/Jinder feud is blatantly Vonce going "there's nO way the crowd will cheer Jinder so put him against Roman to get Roman cheered again!"

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,977 ✭✭✭HandsomeBob

    So....what's actually happening with Brock.

    He's beating Punks record.

    He's beating Punks record.

well its different titles so doesnt really count

the product is just so being hurt by this meaningless reign from brock and there insistence on roman being top guy

WWE hasn't been in such a state since the post steroid trial days of Nailz, Repo Man, The Goon etc.

Save yourself the hassle and just read and watch the highlights on the Bleacher Report. Only takes a few minutes!
