Cutting Riddle would've drastically reduced the show, cutting the IC title presentation ending and then having to fill time with an old match.
Also they're supporting him so would be kind of a conflict if they say they believe him then pull his match.

So they're going full Foley with Wyatt now? Why go that route instead of The Fiend?

Cause ultimately the endgame is Brawn vs The Fiend. They are just dragging that payoff out.

At a guess, Brawn will beat Swamp Bray, leading to Bray unleashing the Fiend against him at Summerslam for the final match.
