Am giving serious thought to .... not bringing back Aguero. Well for another couple of weeks anyway.

Have 2 free transfers and the cash for any number of variations. Just remains to be seen how Benteke does today.

Currently have Ibra, Lukaku and Benteke. Obviously Aguero is a better option than Benteke but Lukaku runs into bad fixtures in 3 weeks so would make that change then and the temptation is to re-jigg the midfield now whilst I'm happy with the forward line form and fixtures.

Will obviously be missing any Aguero price rises and he will score but sometimes you have to go against the grain and 2 away fixtures for City could be his "barren spell" for the season.

    Mid changes might be Coutinho/Hazard => Mane/DeBruyne

Current WC team is this. Fitting both Sanchez and Lukaku is impossible. It's a case of one or the other, or: Lukaku and Antonio, vs. Rondon (or 6.5 forward) and Sanchez. I can skimp a bit at the back but I'd rather not.

Now I'm thinking on it I might go Lukaku and Antonio. Any thoughts?

    Antonio is gold currently.

I don't think the hauls between himself and Payet will be that different for the foreseeable.

No need to spend that 2m+ extra on Payet right now.

I actually had both of them till I wildcarded. I think they're a brilliant pairing who will notch up plenty of points. Unfortunately owning everyone I want is pretty damn impossible!

Anyone have opinions on Lallana vs Coutinho vs Carzola vs Walcott?

Both Liverpool and Arsenal have good runs coming up (Liverpool have Utd, Ars have Chelsea). I need to make the swap this week to get Aguero back in.

I could afford Sterling but is he injury prone (also why Im a little unsure of getting Walcott)?

I'd go with Sterling. Walcott has always been dreadfully inconsistent. Coutinho does just enough to reel you in with potential only to disapoint. Lallana is a possibility too!

Lallana or Mane is racing through my mind to replace Hazard

I'm going with Lallana in place of Hazard to free up Aguero funds.

As I've seen mentioned on here however, there's so many attacking options at Liverpool that the points will be spread around so you could end up getting 3, 2, 3, 10, 2, 3, 3, 2, 10 type hauls from any of their attacking players.

True. I need rid of Collins. But that may have to wait until Next week.

Is anyone being ballsy and waiting for a week or two for Aguero? If I go to Aguero now I've no Liverpool cover as can't afford.

Have brought Aguero back in with 1ft,have another banked, have exact money for Hazard to Sanchez

Or should I go for something like Hazard to Antonio and leave some cash avail?

    Current front 8 of
    Barkley,Hazard,Lamela,Capoue, Redmond

    Ibra Aguero Defoe.

    Thanks for any thoughts.

No Chelsea coverage if you get rid of Hazard?

Going to ditch Hazard for Kdb myself which leaves me with just enough to bring Aguero in for Costa. Think I'll make both changes for a -4 this evening after all games completed. Will leave me with the following:

    Foster
    Shaw---Baines---Valencia
    Cazorla---Kdb---Antonio---Capoue
    Aguero---Ibra---Defoe

    Subs: Jak, McAuley, Amat, Fer

Can't beat a rage - 8, sold Zlatan and on today's showing I'm not too bothered. Granted he will score goals but not sure he is worth the cash, risky but what the hell.

Going to play AOA to play Capoue away to Burnley.

Thinking Ibra to Kun now - was going to switch out Costa but United just don't look convincing at the moment.

Ibra will still get goals but I am not sure Costa will be too far behind him at the end of the season.

There could certainly be far better value. I'm gonna give him a few more weeks. He's just so lazy; it's infuriating!

Noob question (my first season) :

If I activate my WC now, do I still get the points from my players who are yet to play today?

    Yup.

What's an acceptable points hit to take when using a WC?

What's an acceptable points hit to take when using a WC?

? The whole point of a wildcard is that you do not take hits.

I'd say you'd need a mimimum -20 points to justify doing a wildcard.

Really? Would you not just take the -12 in that case or spread it out over 2 weeks?

Exactly my thoughts. Such a waste doing it for a small amount of transfers.

same dilemma for me, out with Ibra or Costa.

I can get Lukaku - Ibra - Aguero as my frontline, but it'll leave my squad like:

Jaku/Boruc (or Marshall, not sure how long Jaku is going to stay)
    Williams/Amat/Evans/Friend/Brad Smith
    KDB/Cazorla/Antonio/Capoue/Hojberg
    Lukaku/Ibra/Aguero

    Reckon it's worth it?

Sorry, misunderstood your question. For me -16 before I think of WC. I'll have to this we.ek as my team are a shambles

    Hazard and Benteke out
Aguero and 4.9 to spend on a mid

    Any suggestions?

Whelan, Coq, Hojberg all under consideration as 5th mid bench fodder
