Early Ferengi were an absolute joke and I'd skip everything I'd see them in although Quark ended up being my favourite character from all the series.

Almost every race in Voyager bar the maincast is almost instantly forgettable by nature, but the award goes to the Hierarchy.

Cartoonish looking morons acting like cartoon morons.
