    Aldo definetly had the striking ability to do it, a gassed mcregor. Would get shredded by aldo.

    The difference is Aldo would likely not be able to withstand/weather the shots Diaz took.

    McGregors takedown defence was phenomenal. I'm sickened he got taken down with 15 secs to go in the fight but other than that he couldn't be brought down.

    What a fckuing war, can't wait to watch again.

    We'll have to listen to sh1t about the UFC being fixed now is the only thing from a decision!

    Wasn't a split decision, was a majority decision. One judge calling it a draw means it's not split as no-one gave it to Diaz.

    It might just be a case of that is how he is in those temperatures. They went out early specifically so they could acclimatize more than they felt they had for previous Vegas fights. Diaz was pretty fcuked too in fairness but at that level even a little bit of an advantage means a lot.

    Next time they meet it should be in Boston perhaps.

    I still see him fighting Aldo next though. At 205 hopefully.

    What a great fight. Flooded with adrenaline. Not a bit of me sleeping now.

    I'm certainly no expert in any of this but by god that was an awesome battle.

    Anyone else and Conor had then ko'd. Outrageous for Diaz to stay upright.
