No you can't have a different card, all the other people in the country with bus passes (which there are 100,000's of 1000's of them) that's their public service card are happy. Whoy do you want special treatment.

And if you are likely to lose the combined card, surely you are just as likely to lose the separate ID and Bus Pass cards!!!
