I doubt this is going to happen so soon after the release of MWR it would impact sales plus I think we will see MW2R as part of IW's cycle in 2019 as it knows IW's name is dirt with the COD community so they will use MW2R to boost sales of their next game.

For some reason, Black Ops 1 has just received a huge resurgence in player count in the past day or two with more players playing it than BO2 and MW3 combined. Even PS3, without backwards compatibility, has over 92,000 players playing!

When I tried to play BO2 when it first came back I found it very hard to get a game outside of TDM. Shame as I really loved that game. BO1 may be a good enough substitute though...

The original Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare is now backwards compatible on Xbox One leaving only Modern Warfare 2 and Modern Warfare 3 as the only non-backwards compatible Call of Duty games yet they're two of the three most voted games to be backwards compatible (along with Skyrim).

Went into cex yesterday looking for MW3, ended up leaving with Blops 1 and Ghosts instead. Ordered MW3 off of their website for €7.50, hard to go wrong with that.

Some good games of Blops last night. A couple of hackers hanging around but still a really good multiplayer experience for a game that's been on the go for 8 years.

But reminded of how easy it is to be spawn trapped and get hairy aped by the other team.

Started playing this, its the one cod that passed me by in the day. Online is cracking, really enjoying it.

yeah, enjoying it too.. Even though I am getting annihilated, it still has that one more game hook, not many online shooters today have that for me.....Going to buy Black Ops tomorrow in CEX.....

Bought MW2. After only 15mins I’m totally regretting it. Nothing but noob tubes & lag. I’m getting hit markers but he’s not getting hit at all.

How can they re-release a game with so many lobbies hacked? ****ing disgraceful. In a game there where I couldn’t actually leave it without shutting down the Xbox.
