cz 455 with a 16ins barrel are a nice little rifle. or a anschutz with a 14 ins barrel

CZ 455 with the 16" barrel or the Anschutz 1417 (i think) with the 14" barrel. About as short as you can get. The CZ will run you around the €600 mark and the Annie just shy of a grand.

I've seen the CZ in Paul O Hallorhans and the Anni in Outdoor sports, but i think outdoor sports also do the CZ.

What about a ruger 10/22 take down? Considering the gun comes apart so easily, I would say it is a good choice for what you describe. I think I seen one for €550 on one of the irish online shops.

    I knew i seen one somewhere... https://www.irishshootingsports.ie/ruger/ruger-10-22-breakdown

As above, both the CZ and the Anschutz are definitely your best options. Crackin' rifles the both of them to boot.

    edit - it's the Anschutz 1517 you want, the 1416/1417 is 22LR. ;-)

Outdoor sports in Mullingar have both on the shelf there at present I believe (certainly the CZ, think there's an Annie in there too)

And at €499 for the CZ synthetic stock with 16'' barrel you can't go wrong with that price......

Lads, this is not the for sale section so no more posts about selling items. If you want to sell something go to the for sale section.

I got the CZ455 with 16" barrel and a thumbole stock. I have an ATEC mod that is 4inches..overall it is a very neat little package for inside the jeep.. You can manouver it inside the vehicle without to much messing around.. I would deffo recomend it..
