Very Trivial Superpowers

I'm a girl of almost no talents but there are a few things I'm good at that trivially impresses people. People who tend to be easily impressed to begin with, to be fair.

I never cry when I'm chopping an onion.
    I've slept standing up.
I can type at 85 words a minute - accurately.
I can put my feet behind my ears (thanks, yoga). Not as pretty as it sounds.
I read a minimum of three books a week.
I get upgraded about 70% of the time when I travel, regardless of airline and without ever asking.
I never forget a birthday or anniversary.
    I can wiggle my ears.

What trivial things do you excel at?

That's something I'm terrible at. That's a great trivial superpower to have.

I can stick my fist in my mouth, I'm sure that could be considered a superpower in weird porno

Can you also manage to not poke the whole way through the back? If you can do that every time as well I'll be impressed!

It was a bit humblebraggy alright.

I also make an excellent cup of tea, every single time.

VCR repair people would ring up people and ask "Do you have a toddler and is your VCR under the TV ?"

Because the problem was they'd stopped working because they'd be filled with slices of bread or biscuits or stuff.

I believe it's an old, old wooden ship, from the civil war.

I want to be a genetic superhero.

A few months ago my cousin texted me:

"30 years since Chernobyl, still no superheroes"

    Laughed til I cried.

I can touch the tip of my nose with my tongue.

I was once out running in the rain and noticed a woman give me a really weird look. Took a moment to realise I had just licked a rain drop off the end of my nose.

Bill Gates has been a bit of a let down when you consider that the only superpower that Batman and Iron Man have is money.

I can change a duvet cover in under a minute.
I can tell you what day of the week any particular date fell on (people always seem weirdly unimpressed by this).
I'm great at remembering birthdays, phone numbers and car number plates.

It freaks people out when they tell me their birthday and I say "Oh, you were born on a Tuesday, weren't you...?"

I used to have to catch a bus in a busy area everyday after work. I only had a short time to get to the bus before it would go.

I was very good at safely passing and dodging the slow walkers in front of me when running to get the bus. It was like a little obstacle course and I always caught the bus just in time.

I always know what time it is correct to 5 minutes.

I can give you (roughly, if it isn't a perfect cube) the cube root of a six digit number. Although, that's just basic maths :)

If that's the case you should get your watch fixed, there's nothing worse then that.

That was mine. And to within 10 minutes for me.

    Can we time share it?

I am very observant to the point of being able to suss out your state of mind. I am always noticing.

I am incredibly intuitive. It's something I can't even explain without sounding nuts.

People talk to me. All of the time. On the train, in the check out queue, the bus stop, random places. They tell me little things about their life.

    I can seeeeee youuuuuu! :D

Oh I've been dying to brag about my superpower but there never seemed to be an opportunity. You know the nanoo nanoo sign, where you make a V sign with two fingers on each side, then the opposite one with the two middle fingers together and the outer ones spread, so you make two Vs?

    (Stay with me)

Well I can do one with one hand, and the other with the other hand, then swap them over simultaneously.

I can also waggle my ears. What with that and being able to lift one eyebrow, I look very odd when I do all these together.

But are you INFP or ENFP? That's the question

    Not at all

Am I supposed to use my intuition to determine the purpose of your "ok"?
Or what are you on about?
