The widget for Weather Timeline is working for me post-update.

GSAM battery monitor without root is fairly pointless on N/7.0, as it can no longer differentiate the power use of different apps. Only issue I've encountered so far.

Was hoping for improvements on battery life, but not noticing any yet. That said, I'm playing a fair bit of Space Marshalls 2, so can only blame myself.

I had this issue when using a leaked beta of the N base, and switched to HD widgets. I haven't bothered going back, but will test.

HTC have changed quite a bit. There used to be a 4x1 widget that had it's own apk, and now it's part of Sense Home. Which widget are you using, and do you use a custom launcher?

The widgets not working are weather underground and aix weather. I can still see 4x1 for both but it just says unable to update.

How do I switch to or get HD widgets. I use the widgets that came with the phone, I haven't installed anything different.

AIX Weather is still working fine for me. Haven't noticed any other issues (or any major changes for that matter).

Funnily enough, my missus had a OnePlus two and recently upgraded to Nougat. Now her Beautiful Widgets weather and clock widget don't work. It'll hang on a time, so when she unlocks it, it'll give the time as, say, 18:30 when it's actually 8pm.

On another note, does anyone know if it's possible to flash the latest HTC 10 radio firmware from Nougat on a Marshmallow ROM?

Few times in the last couple of days since the upgrade I've had my phone beep with a message..............but nothing there

Noticed two other things

I don't get notification of any emails anymore, I have to open the application and that's when I get a load of emails which were sent during the day.

I use Tiny Call Confirm - phone calls I made are shown up twice on my call history.

I got that with my emails there a few weeks ago.
Think it was accounts and sync and you need to turn auto sync back on

Wasn't Facebook messager was it? I'm having an issue with it showing unread messages when there's nothing new. It was there before the update too though.

Yeah, I think everyone prefers to not pay for anything At the end of the day, I think it's worth it. What the sunshine guys do is not easy, otherwise there would be someone else offering it for free. It's as simple as installing an app on your phone, and letting it do the work.

I have EU SIM free phone and still on 1.95.401.4 with no sign of Nougat. Anyone else buy their handset from HTC Ireland, received the update yet?

Bought mine from HTC Ireland in early December & last week got update 2.41.401.3

I know HTC stopped the rollout to a lot of Europe after they discovered some issues, and it is to continue in February. I don't know if this would affect people that haven't got around to updating here as well.

No update for the one m9 (bought from three) yet

HTC stated that all phones starting from the m9 would get the nougout update

I forgot that I had turned off auto sync but it didn't make any difference. Still don't get notification of any email.

Tiny call confirm - I upgraded the app to the one you buy and it seems to be ok so far.

Could well be that I'm blind/dense, but where's multi-window implemented in 7.0 on the 10?

Go into your email settings. make sure it is set to push notification

Long press on the recent apps, and two windows will pop up if they are compatible with split screen.

How many apps are compatible? I'm running a custom ROM which forces all apps to work with it.

Excellent! Nice to have, although much more useful/usable on a larger screen, I expect.

yea noticed that
but what about apps that require a long press to get into their menu... anyone know how to disable it?

I have it set to push notification, thanks Seve.

Think I might uninstall my gmail account and add it again to see will that make any difference.

got the update yesterday, serious battery drain from it though not getting a day now, actually 10 hrs since last charged , was getting a full 24hrs before hand

Battery life should be improved if anything, as doze seems to be more aggressive now. I'd give it more time to settle in, and check your battery stats to see what might be causing the drain.

Just says screen is 30% and OS is 16%, phone idle is 15% everything after that is low enough, I knew there was something up last night i went to bed with 15% battery and would always wake up with around 10% from non use, but it was completely dead this morning
