In college, you can use the college's freedom of information act to get all the past papers. Included with these are the accepted answers. A LOT of lecturers don't vary their questions by much. They make for great study aids. Totally legal too!

It's the same with the JC and LC exams, you can go onto the state exams commission website and get all the past papers and the marking schemes, I've been using that recently as a means of studying
