For anybody interested in boats: Last year's motor yacht of the year, the "Grace E" is currently in Fenit (not moored though).

Nice one, so it sounds like it's opening as a proper regularly opening niteclub rather than the once in the blue moon venue it became over the last few years? Does the live in the name mean it will become a regular gig venue for visiting bands/artists?

Yeah it looks like that's the plan. Hopefully it goes well for them.

Actually, I hope it bombs, the whole area has been so peaceful these last few years without any moronic teens roaring, banging windows, kicking doors and generally making fckwits of themselves. Think Tommy Horan should let the place rot personally

Is it acceptable to be cutting your lawn at 7.30am? We live in an estate and the neighbour was cutting his lawn at half 7 - I know most people would be getting up anyway around that time but do you think it's a bit early?

I think most people would say after 8am and maybe later at the weekend.
