Nice to see someone's getting out! Been a disaster of a season for most, with all the rain!

As said above it's great to be getting back out. Every part around me is flooded, badly. Only in the last two or three days has it subsided a little, but still not enough to be able to venture out. Getting cabin fever at this stage.

still loads of pheasants about more than any other year I would say due to all the wet weekends a lot of people did not venture out.

I'm one of those, local deer staying deep in forestry with ample browsing and noisy footing and the dog not being able to work well in the rain and wet made for pure ****e so far.

A lot of the land I'm on has been sold off and is being dug up and all the cover is gone so the deer have pushed up towards the mountains now
