    Nigella so insecure standing there.

No confidence in herself regardless of how she tries to pretend she has.

    I think she’s quite natural.
    Oddly subdued though

Nigella's falling asleep off-camera, that's why they're not showing her. Every 30 seconds a producer runs on to shake her awake

    Agree Doctors - shouldn't make a man sterile under 40 / maybe 50.

Doctors should sterilise people of child-bearing age if they want to be sterilised, if they change their mind in the future they change their mind. They should just explain to them how difficult it is to reverse tubal ligations/vasectomies and have them sign a disclaimer explaining that they know it can't be reversed to prevent them suing if they change their mind.

Anyway why do you care so much about the possibility of people being sterilised and changing their mind in the future? How could someone else getting sterilised and then later regretting getting sterilised possibly affect you in anyway?
