He may have blanked in the two internationals vs France & Spain but surely Kane must be one of the better contenders for (C) this week vs a West Ham side missing their best player and haven't kept a CS in 7 games since mid Sept.

Kane got an assist at West Ham last year and scored in WHL against their rivals. He's coming into form with 5 in his last 3 looking like the real deal and why he earned last years young player of the year.

Anyone else getting on him?

I'd have to get him for pelle, which is fine, but I want to get aguero when he's back.

Pelle to Sergio is an easier transfer than Kane to Sergio

My thoughts on captaincy this week:

Sanchez - he's my biggest hitter and playing against WBA. It's an obvious choice. That was last weekend - then the voices start to creep in.. Alexis has blanked in 8/12 games.. Tony Pulis loves a clean sheet.. he has a sore calf and played poorly last night.. Wenger has limited his game time after internationals..

Ok change to Lukaku.. He's bang on form, playing bottom of table villa. But I still don't really rate Romelu.. Bad enough having him in my team again.. Always blanks when ya least expect it.. That Remi Garde is a defensive genius.. 0-0 with city.. Maybe I should change to

Harry Kane.. Newly transferred in and back in form too. Has great stats recently aswel. West Ham have lost payet and are losing their way a bit plus Spurs are coming good too so they should win - and when Spurs win Kane nearly always features. Ahh but what about west hams amazing form against top sides.. They sit really deep don't they and Spurs never really score many goals anyway.. Hmmm back to alexis then..

Have it on Costa atm (Mane vc). Chelsea are gonna hammer some team very soon, and i think Norwich could bear the brunt. Team news pending I'll probably be getting Lukaku in for Pelle, though not too sold on giving him the armband, despite him being the overwhelming favourite this gw

I voted for Lukaku but the more I think about it, the more I'm leaning towards Vardy. Once in a lifetime opportunity that everyone in his team will be wanting him to get!

Really marginal either way I think, but I just don't know what side I'll fall on now.

My back 5 for good chance of a CS and/or attacking returns. That said, I don't think I'll ever captain a def or a goalie (he'd need to have a quadruple gameweek or so for me to give in to it ).
My miidfielders for their form & fixtures. Ditto my front 3.

But Sanchez & Vardy had "knocks".
Kane is facing WH tremendous away form (will it be the same without Payet though?).
KDB is consistent but not explosive lately. He missed Silvagüero.
Pellè is Pellè. Or shall I rather say BUIB.
And Mahrez could be dropped (??).
