Use the BACKUP addon within kodi and throw it onto a USB stick Then just load the addon to your box and restore from your USB drive. I got sick of the custom builds so I just done a fresh install and added Phoenix, NJM sports, UKTV now, and showbox. That's all I need. And no clutter.

Easy fix, but it is a bit tricky popping the box open once the screws are removed. And the wifi cable is v short. Mine actually disconnected and I had to clip it back in place. I'm not using wifi so don't know if I damaged or not. Just be careful when opening
Trying the openelec back up and mines is now stuck on the blue kodi image screen.
Will have check this sim sim aswell
    :-(

Just out of interest at what speeds are you running your wetek box? What do you find is the minimum required? As I said before my Vodafone su6 is better at most/similar applications. But my internet speed can vary from 2.5 to 15/16..mbps It metro broadband..

Anyone here setup the wetek box with either Enigma or OpenATV (which seems to look better)? If so did you use a guide/tutorial?
I might actually get round to setting this up today!!
    Thanks

Just download the SD card version of pbenigma, extract and use Win32DiskImager to burn it to the SD card, pop the card into the wetek and boot it up,after that its exactly the same as setting up a satellite box

Just my opinion, I think Wetek enigma2 RC is necessary for this image.

Are there any know issues with enigma? I'll be replacing a cloud ibox 1 (which wont download the EPG) so I assume (without discussing it obviously) that I can install a CCCAM

I'm in 2 minds wether to try using this box or selling it to fund a zGemma 2S

Works fine here apart from the slightly awkward remote

Is there a link for the correct version of pbenigma?

Be aware that there are issues with EPG on Enigma boxes. These are related to the Rytech source and will presumably be fixed soon. CCcam no but Oscam and very simple.

EPG is spot on if you use CrossEPG plugin

so i used win32diskimager to write the image to the sd and ended up with 3 files:
    first-boot 1kb
    image-version-info 1kb
    kernel 4298kb

    Is that it?

If using openatv then try the following install manually the following file -> http://www.sat-universe.com/showpost.php?p=1270675&postcount=6
Using this guide in post #3 -> http://linuxsat-support.com/showthread.php?t=85927

then go to info panel and select oscam 10660 as active there, reboot box, should work after that..

Giving advice other than the above threads into grey areas so I'll refrain from more specifics on this board but I'm sure there is some other guides you can follow on wetek forums, techkings, Linux sat support etc to get the config doing what you desire..
